WE WON THE BAFTA!!! 🌟 This makes us the first film of the GOBELINS l’ecole de l’ image to have ever won the BAFTA award! We would like to thank all who supported us on this journey: To Makwena Manamela and her team in South Africa who gave THABA YE its literal Sepedi voice. To our composer Antonin Browne and the rest of the audio team in Paris To our families and friends for standing by our side and encouraging us to keep going when the world said we couldn’t. And lastly, Aristotle Douroudakis who lent us a helping hand when we had no where else to go. Everyone who supported us on this journey helped fuel our determination, and this award belongs to all of you. ♥️
